We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be a time when you feel that this has not happened.
Our aim is to provide the best possible quality of care within the limits of the financial constraints imposed by the NHS. To ensure that the practice maintains its high standards of service and care, the surgery undertakes surveys with patients visting the surgery. Your participation in these surveys is invaluable as the results are used as part of our service review process. Any ideas, concerns and suggestions are all recorded and evaluated.
